Since W Bruce/Patsy's began, ship painters have cleaned brushes outside their sheds

The wall at W Bruce in Fraserburgh (known as 'Patsys' locally) has become a sensation as folk come to admire and photograph the façade. The alternative tourist attraction is a unique blend of texture and colour. Ship painter Adrian Buchan says: "The amount of interest there has been in this wall is amazing. We've had people from Germany and France coming to take photos."

With the painters having no intention of hanging up their brushes and plenty of ships needing painted, this work of art is a work in progress.
